Cancelling and refund policy

Cancelling more than 7 days before arrival: 100% refund
Cancelling between 7 days and two days before arrival: 50% refund
Cancelling after 2 days before arrival: no refund
At reservation, a guaranty sum of 300€ or 500€ (Songye suite) will be blocked on your credit card until check-out.
